  • Once your order has been processed or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
     

  • Midnight and same-day deliveries are not eligible for cancellation due to time-sensitive processing.
     

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only in cases where the wrong product is delivered or if the order cannot be fulfilled by us.
     

  • No refunds will be processed for:
     

    • Delay caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
       

    • Unavailability of the recipient at the given address.
       

    • Customer’s change of mind after dispatch.
       

3. Product Concerns

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please share an image of the product within 2 hours of delivery with our support team.
     

  • After verification, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.
     

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
